New Client Accounts


Prior to trading through TFS Green, the following stages must be completed:

  1. Download the attached documentation and complete:
  2. In addition to completing these forms, please also include the following supporting documents in clear black and white or colour copies:
    • Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent.
    • Memorandum and articles of association or equivalent.
    • Audited financial statements for your organisation and also any parent organisation.
    • Shareholder information - The details of the ownership structure of your organisation and any parent organisation.
    • Up-to-date copy of VAT certificate.
    • A company utility bill / Bank Statement (purpose to show companies trading address dated within the last 3 months).
    • Letter of introduction from professional advisors.
    • Director's list.
    • Authorised signatories' list.
    • Personal Identification for Directors (i.e. Certified Copy of passport, or certified driving license, or Certified National Identity Cards).
