New Client Accounts
Prior to trading through TFS Green, the following stages must be completed:
- Download the attached documentation and complete:
- In addition to completing these forms, please also include the following supporting documents in clear black and white or colour copies:
- Certificate of Incorporation or equivalent.
- Memorandum and articles of association or equivalent.
- Audited financial statements for your organisation and also any parent organisation.
- Shareholder information - The details of the ownership structure of your organisation and any parent organisation.
- Up-to-date copy of VAT certificate.
- A company utility bill / Bank Statement (purpose to show companies trading address dated within the last 3 months).
- Letter of introduction from professional advisors.
- Director's list.
- Authorised signatories' list.
- Personal Identification for Directors (i.e. Certified Copy of passport, or certified driving license, or Certified National Identity Cards).
- Please return the completed documents either by email to emissions@tfsgreen.com or by post to:
